Hello, Ive been having this issue with my 76 Honda CB200T where the idle speed is extremely high, its running around 6,000 - 7,000 rpms. I've rebuilt the carbs, put in new spark plugs and nothing seems to be working. any help would be much appreciated. I also do not think it is a throttle issue, when I have it in gear it doesn't try to run away from me, it just has a very high idle speed. I've also tried adjusting the carbs but its done little help.

UPDATE: seems to run okay, however the high rpms are only happening when the bike is in neutral or the clutch is all the way pulled
