cb650 wheels on a cb360

#1 Unread post by vulcan500owner »

Does anyone have any experience or knowledge of whether or not Honda CB650 Nighthawk rims (1981 style) will fit on a cb360 without a major hassle?

I'm restoring a cb360 and thought the Nighthawk rims would look a lot nicer than the old spokes. Thanks!

I don't know of the axle is the right size, but the disk brakes won't fit for sure. you cant use the 650 caliper as it mounts different then the CB360.

I doubt the disk is the same size and same offset too.

Look for a Nighthawk or CB 400 or 450. You may need to use the entire front fork assembly.

I hooked a cb650 front onto my cb360 with not issue. I need to fabricate a mount to put the 650 swingarm on the back though.

It's going to be a great winter project. A small cafe that can fit on my sidecar motorcycle rack to show off with at the range.

Nope, cb is at my room mates shop waiting for me to get some spare time to come work on her. The sidecar rig is in 158 pieces for painting and fab work.
