Hypercharger for VStart 650?

#1 Unread post by jahjlh »

I found a website that gives install tips for different parts to the VStar. I guess my question, though, is should I try to do any of these upgrades? I figure if I do, it could give me the more power, without having to get a new bike. Mine looks really good. Also, what pipes should I look out for with a new hypercharger?
Jesus died for you. Will you accept that?

It's just a slight ram air effect. Good for a couple of hp, but not enough to really be noticable.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

Sev... Where the heck have you been? It's been at least a year since you posted anything!
And yeah I agree with him, worth maybe 5 HP in the direct airstream at 100 MPH. Honestly not worth having it on there because it just makes your filter dirty faster.
