Hi all, I recently purchased my first motorcycle second hand and was wondering if the blue underglow/under lighting was legal to have installed on the bike and if it was legal to use while riding at night

Check the motor vehicle laws of your location. Here in NJ they're not specifically prohibited by law, but neither are they authorized. However, specific color lights are prohibited by law here - anything not white, amber or red.
