This is what I have currently:

The bulb says 12V 5W

This is not safe to drive at night.

I have also this:

It's from GS500F 2007.

I'm going for this kind of look:

I'd appreciate any tips on how to make it work?

That's the only bulb? 5W seems more like a day time driving light. It should be closer to 55W.

What is your current bike model and year?

That's not the only bulb. You can see th e headlight bulb above it in the
light assembly.

Forgive me I wasn't precise enough.

I want to mount the headlight from Suzuki GS500F 2007 on Suzuki GS500E 1992.

I have Suzuki GS500E 1992 (purchased used) motorcycle. I also have a headlight from Suzuki GS500F 2007.

Both bulbs from my Suzuki GS500E 1992 are 12V 5W. Under this link you can see the pictures of the bulb: http://imgur.com/a/WAcLK

I have the headlight (only headlight) from Suzuki GS500F 2007. I want to mount this headlight (2007) onto my bike (1992). Here are the pictures of the headlight from GS500F 2007: http://imgur.com/a/bfIYh

The problem I have is that there is a different connection and I don't know where to start, what cables, what parts do I need, etc.

The 2007 headlight has 3 pin bulbs. I was able to identify the 1992 bulbs as the "ATV" type.

Any help appreciated.

If you are looking for the recipe of part numbers and steps you might want to find a Suzuki-specific forum and ask there.

A 5W headlight bulb seems unlikely so perhaps the previous owner has already done something hinky to the wiring.

I suspect this isn't a drop-in change but additional wiring can always be added by someone with the knowledge to figure it out and do it. But it'll be some work and some experimentation.

You're going to learn from this experience ;-)
