Ten thouuusand miles....

#1 Unread post by dieziege »

My poor bike, my poor bike! Back on May 1st of this year she had only 3 miles... now, barely September 1st, this:

Yep, 10,000 miles (that's 16093.44 kilometers to the rest of the world) in 123 days. Not exactly ironbutt but then again I wastn't hardly trying. And I need a new rear tire! :(

All praise the mighty Ninja 250! ;)

-Holiday... you of all people should know that if anything happens to me on the 5, I'll have been the one doing the running over. :D

That's great! My bike is soon to be at 9000 (I hope) - but Kilometres, not miles and since about the same time as you.

Oh well, I bet you've loved every single one of those 10,000 miles! 8)
Ya right, there are only 2 kinds of bikes: It's a Ninja... look that one's a Harley... oh there's a Ninja... Harley...Ninja...

Yes, I still feel the love... despite needing to shell out untolled bajillions of dollars for a new rear tire that won't wear out after 10,000 miles. Well, after 9,000 miles....

Beats a car any day.

I'm about to hit 10000 with my new bike too.

Do you really spend a lot of time on the 5 with that bike? Last time I was there traffic was flowing at 90+ most of the time. What's that like on a ninja250?

By the way, I just got done with a nice recreational ride on my 250, so I'm not degrading you at all. I LOVE the 250 sportbikes.
