Just bought a new Yamaha

#1 Unread post by xsyamahadg »

I just took delivery of a 2007 Yamaha 1100 V-Star Silverado on Monday, and so far I'm loving it. I had been looking at the Road Star, but because of my age and a bad knee from a crash years ago, I decided the Road Star was a bit too heavy for me to move around in my garage and parking spaces. So far I only have about 100 miles on the clock, but it looks like the 1100 is a winner. I have to say, the fit and finish on the new Yamaha is excellent. The paint and chrome work is typical Yamaha... perfect. I'll know more about the bike after I get it broken in. XS

XS,
I'm trying to figure out how to include pics in messages...it took a while, but I got them into my album - now I just need to add at will.
Thanks!

I have an '02 1100 Custom, black, I love it too. And it has 82,000 miles so you'll be enjoying yours for a while if you keep it.
