Does your bike have a name?

#1 Unread post by JDawg117 »

I'm trying to think of a good name for my bike. I was thinking maybe "Kelly" because it's a Kawasaki.

Have you named yours?

All my bikes have had names. My Russian made Ural is "Douk", which is short for "Doukhbor" and is a tribute to the Russian ancestry of my family. My Harley Road Glide is "Bluebird", because it's blue and big as a Bluebird school bus.

My ancestors are from Russia, too! My last name is Kriaski, which is what the Ellis Island people changed it to in 1909 when my great-grandfather immigrated here. It used to be Krÿevskÿ.

I live with a woman...

Both cars, the trike and all of the bikes have names.

Breathe in and...

My friends call my V-strom clifford since it's my big red bike.

The sidecar rig picked up the name of an ex because everyone gets a ride

Black bike is called raven... like every other black bike.

I never "named" a vehicle in my life until my motorcycle. He's "Gunter."

My 599 recently picked up the name "Battlewagon" due to its touring scars and unclean nature of a proper motorcycle.

I like it.
