I've customized my motor, electronics, suspension, and brakes. About $2500 worth of things that people can't see.

Ok, if I'm not allowed to talk about the add-ons I've done to the Harley (even though some people have posted the add-ons to their bikes), can I talk about the add-ons I've done to the Ural? You know, the bike with NO aftermarket parts whatsoever?

I have signal visors because someone gave them to me. I have engine guards because people kept bugging me to get them....I have highway pegs because someone gave them to me...

Other than that, the only thing I did to change my bike was to take the back seat off and put on a rack....

I figured the very fact that my bike was kept stock made it very individual. :)

My bike is mine by virtue of the wear marks my riding gear puts on it.

Throwing money at accessories doesn't make a bike yours, it just makes it more expensive. :)

I hate the scratches on my luggage rack. I'm thinking spray on truck bed liner. $5 more of throwing money at it

Here is a BEFORE photo of a 2000 Sabre. The AFTER photo is in my signature. Although, I did not add all of the extras myself, they would have been things I would have added anyways.

Ok, to hell with the rules. If everyone is listing the add-ons to their bike, I'm gonna list mine, too...

'05 Ural Tourist - '06 transmission, '06 final drive, Dnepr metal leg shields, rear seat removed, Krank Vent, oil mist collector, K&N air filter, modified airbox, '07 timing gears, Dunstall replica mufflers, re-jetted carbs, sidecar windshield, sidecar luggage rack, sidecar spotlight, sidecar mounted ammo storage box, sidecar mounted gas can, National Cycle Dakota windshield, front fender number plate, windshield mounted Global Positioning Duck, rear licence plate mount, sidecar door curtain, 12V accessory plug, flat black paint job.
