Are those all you - or just the Yellow GS?

In either case I don't really see the problem. Proving my noobishness yet again. :)

You're leaning out of the corners instead of trying to "kiss your inside mirror". Unless I'm just a n00b too...

Another noob here: which photo are we looking at? Is it the one where someone forgot to put down the face shield?

Sapaul... The guy in the slide show appeared not to be looking at the end of the turn... I think he was looking at the road in front of the bike... I catch myself doing that and other stuff like looking where I want to put my foot on a stop instead looking straight ahead or adjusting a mirror while riding...I'm way to lax - not cool :frusty:

The guy on the slide show is me, but with different girls on the back each time.

The real problem I picked up was in the picture of the GS on the right hander extreme lean (really hard to kiss a mirror on a GS).

My right foot is covering the brake, this is something we teach on the road but is a no-no on the track. Foot should have been on the peg(ball of foot). If I had clipped that foot on the tar, I could have seen my "gat" (African for hole). 90% front brake on the track.

That corner is a 140kmh sweep

Ha Ha had big fun on that 800 GS. Loves the tight twisties, I was creaming the Motards on it.

The chick in the red leathers is The Goose, on the VFR and the GS.

I only ever put my knee down on short 600's. Otherwise I just look like a plonker.

Photo 0979 there is a guy in a white shirt and white helmet, with a yellow and black BMW, doing a left hand turn. His bike is leaning more than he is. In fact, he's counter-leaning. This reduces cornering clearance.

Or is this a camera angle issue?

That's me. the great thing about GS's is that you can whack on the throttle much earlier than a superbike. In that shot I am coming out of the corner and am on the throttle and the bike is coming back up to my right. So I see what you mean.

Whole point of posting the pics so you can comment and help me to learn and hopefully others too.

thanks.
