Classic Theme Style is back!

#1 Unread post by totalmotorcycle » Thu Feb 18, 2010 3:54 am

--- All the new features with a classic style you are used to is back.

Back by popular demand! The Classic Theme Style is back, looks like the original we had 7 years ago but with all the new 2010 features, upgrades and options.

We had a lot of reports the new style, while it was cutting edge and modern, was hard to read, could be difficult to use and people were 50/50 on if they really liked it or not. So we listened, we heard and we brought back the Classic Style you all know and love! And, we didn't loose any new features in the process either?

Have your cake and eat it too! At Total Motorcycle you can!

:kicking:

Enjoy and please leave any feedback, comments and opinions here about it.

Yes, this is much easier on the eyes. I can tell where one post ends and the next starts now without having to work at it. Thanks Mike.
Just noticed the font color buttons on the side. Cool.

My favourite feature so far... being able to see who's on/offline. Cool!

I agree that the "new" old look is easier to read. It's nice to see others are happier now - we're like one big HAPPY family again!

Thanks Mike for coming up with a great compromise. My oldman eyeballs can read this a whole lot better than the "New" style.

Yay! I liked the features of the new forum, but was really missing the old layout. Best of both worlds!

Okay, there is one thing weird about it: everyone's names are so small! The rest of it, I really like. But I liked the other one, too, so I guess I'm easy. No, no, no, not that kind of easy. . .

I like colored fonts. I'll try not to get too carried away, though.

I'll see what I can do about the usernames being in a small font. I don't see anything off the bat that is an easy fix, but I'll look into it for you. :D

The font color choices are amazing eh? It's easy to get carried away, and why not! :D

I think the only thing I don't like is the links opening in the same browser, I always prefer them to open in a seperate one... Closing the new page is automatic for me and I always swear at myself now for shutting down my browser... Otherwise, I love TMW, it's where I spend most of my oline time... :kicking:
