It's a beautiful sound, not sure how Moto Guzzi got it that right but someone did. Under 4k it's more V-Twin sound and over 4k it's like a deep sportbike sound. The V7 I'm finding is really like two bikes in one. You can ride it between 2,800 rpm and 4,000 rpm and it's more like a boulevard cruiser in character. Above that in the 4000-8000rpm range it reminds me a lot of a sportbike in charater as the sound wants you to keep going harder and faster and it's very rewarding pushed to the max.HYPERR wrote:I love the sound of a Moto Guzzi. LOL! Well, isn't that true. It took me a bit to come to the Guzzi side eh? haha.. What was the Guzzi you had?fireguzzi wrote:You know you wanna name your bike after me now.
Thanks a bunch!dr_bar wrote:Nice bike choice Mike, I hope she gives you many years of bliss...
Then you'll have to visit a local Moto Guzzi dealer and for the fun of it! Take out a V7 (unless it's really bad weather where you are right now but I wouldn't think so being in Georgia). Moto Guzzi is having the "Try a V7 Stone" test rides for free at all the dealers.fireguzzi wrote:No Guzzi for me. Just a name I came up with while playing online games way back when. WOuldn't mind one though!
