Dunlop qualifier series tires.

#1 Unread post by ronrex »

Just a quick note to say i really like my new tires. Do to size availability and the timing of my purchase, i put a qualifier on the front and a qualifier 2 on the back, to replace a wrong sized rear metzeler.

The combination transformed the bike totally. The handling is amazing, ride quality improved. I can't honestly comment on longevity, but i will later, with the caveat i didn't buy them for super long life. I'll see what I get and report back. Despite at least one guy at work chastizing me for the mismatch (because I told him, not because you can tell by looking)...there is nothing but positive to report on handling and ride, even in the wet.

It's true the q2 front is reported to have a steeper profile than mine, but that wasn't what i was after either. This front works great with the q2 rear.

It's a quality tire. I miss the ones I had on my 84 Shadow 750. Enjoy them, they should last you a good number of miles.
