Can I adjust my front shocks on a 2005 vt1100 Sabre. They are little to stiff for my weight

Quick internet search indicates that only the rear shock is adjustable.

The fronts can be changed by using different weight fork oil to slow or quicken action over bumps. Springs can be changed inside the fork leg if needed to get a lighter or heavier spring rate. Neither of these changes is especially difficult but choosing the changes requires some good advice from suspension experts.
