New bike ideas
I'm planning on buying a new bike next year when I pay off my truck. I'd like to start planning now, but I really don't know exactly what I want. Here's my must haves: Everyday comfort, close to standard riding position. Hard luggage is a plus. Top priority is power. I really like the F6b, but I want more power than that. Bikes I've been considering are C14, Rocket III, VFR 1200. Not really picky what body style, but I would prefer something you don't see a lot of. Any other ideas? Must be under $20k.

Re: New bike ideas
Not new, as they are not in production anymore, but you might like a Honda ST 1300. Some available with pretty low mileage if you look far enough.
Plenty of power one up, hard luggage, upright position (with risers on the bars, which most people have if you are getting used) and you don't see that many of them.
Let us know what you decide on.

What did you ultimately decide on getting, if anything?
