Well, my first season is coming to a close. I've put around 850 miles on my bike since I started riding it in late August.
I haven't fallen with it yet. It did fall over once when I parked it on a slope that made it sit just a bit too upright. I walked away for a minute to grab my phone from inside, and when I came back it was on its side.

A dog had his chain reduced one link at a time, every few days, until his chain was so short he could barely move. He never resisted because he was conditioned to the loss of his freedom slowly, over time. Are we in this country becoming like the dog?

2 crashes. cosmetic damages at most. frame sliders are great.
well... i still have around 3 ½ months to go before i complete a year of riding so hopefully i don't have to edit this post.
parents were more upset at the bike scratches than me.
i was fine both times, i was wearing my track suit. im sure if i got injured real bad... my parents will be very worried when i get on the bike again.
but they were so worried when i went to the racetracks.
