Tire pressure is definitely key. Mine gets a touch wobbly when the front tire gets low, which is about once a week.

Those grooves they cut in the road are nasty. They make just about any bike shimmy. It's alarming at first, but you can get used to it. As dr_bar says, if you have a light grip on the bars, you can feel them wobble back and forth, but you'll stay upright.
