These are from my last track day and hopefully I will have some good video from the next one planned for 2nd of December.
Mintbread's Odyssey
With another trackday looming (2nd Dec) and a bunch of mates attending I decided that I would try and get some video of the days events.
My regular camera set-up inside my tankbag is no longer feasable due to the new clip-ons and added to the fact that at 200+kph I tend to lie pretty snuggly on the tank I needed a new camera mount.
I decided to take one of my headlights off and use the bracket for that to mount the camera. I then canibalised a tripod for a few essentials and it fitted beautifully. I now have a fully adjustable set-up mounted right at the front of the bike.
I only unbolted the headlight tp fit the camera but obviously I am going to unhook it completely on the day.

Go to the local office supply store and get a protective cover for the screens of palm pilots and such... Those tend to work well as protective covers for anything clear. They stick well, and don't leave any residue...
