The new 2009 Victory Vegas low has been redesigned with women in mind. Victory has made the height lower, the saddle narrower and moved the controls back a bit to accomodate smaller riders.
I was researching a potential next bike.....I sat on one in the bike shop a week ago. It is too small for me. It would be more suitable for a shorter person.
