I am just getting over it, I hope I will be 100% by Friday I have the WWW.LOE1000.org that I signed up for, go figure I get sick before this particular ride.
Symptoms:
Cough>>very productive
Sneezing
Headache (BAD)
Body aches, Joints inflamed

teary eyes
severe fatigue
the list goes on

I certainly hope no one gets it. I wish you all well!!
If you do load up vitamin C and Ibuphrophin for the HA and BA. I just cant believe after four days I am still sick. :(

My son is getting over the regular flu and that has been NO fun at all! HE wont eat he has barley moved off the couch. Fever for 5 days straight. He has lost over five pounds for crying out loud!

Finally his fever is gone and he feels better except for he still wont eat. So I indirectly feel your pain follow.

Get well soon!!

Sorry to hear you're sick Follow. :(
I was just thinking about you and wondering if you were doing the LOE1000 this year (we can't, hubby has to work - bummer)
If you make it, wave as you go by, and eat lots of green chile while you're here, it'll kill you or cure you!

Mazer, never heard of it, I'll have to check it out.

Thanks all, on the tail end of this nasty bug...I bet my work is not happy that I have been out all week. :(

The change in weather is coming and we all know the seasonal bugs (sick ones) come out, I hope everyone stays WELL!

If you were only sick for a week, you are fortunate. (not for gettng sick , but for it lasting only a week)..I hope you are better for your ride.
I have had the flu several times..it usually means a month off work.

I try to stay away from transit during the flu/cold season. It helps somewhat.

My wife is currently been sick for 5 days and not out of it yet. It seems to be like a roller coaster as far as general symptoms. We have no way of knowing if its the H1N1 or another type.

Since there are multiple types, she will still get vacination after this current fue is past. Well worth getting two shots.

H1N1 Flu symptoms are just that symptoms of a flu, however to know the difference is that with H1N1 the flu symptoms linger around longer and you have a fever (does not have to be continuous) for more than four days, your chest is heavy with all the phlegm, eyes runny and your body can take up to if not more than 10 days to recover unlike the regular flu which can last maybe 3-5 days basically twice as long and twice as miserable.
