Anyone interested in doing customer service audits at Dealer

#1 Unread post by robinluch »

Anyone interested in doing customer service audits at Dealerships?
Ladies.....Would anyone be interested in going to motorcycle dealerships and doing an audit of the customer service you receive? i'm looking for the female perspective.

i'm looking for help with about 60 different locations. The only catch is, you really need to have an interest in motorcycles to be able to give some good feedback. you would have to pretend to be looking to buy a buy a new bike.....you don't have to do it, but you need to act like its a real possibility.

Would anyone be interested? PM me

Personally I have had a few. Most dealerships are guy oriented. When I was asked to this assignment for work,I jumped at it.....I wanted to see if could round up motorcycle folks that are knowledgeable to go into dealers and help them educate the staff on how to deal with customers...both men and women.

i'd love help form anyone that is willing to go 'look" at a new motorcycle....

would you be interested? I'm paying $20.00 for your time....

Actually, around here, I no longer have problems. When I was a beginner with no bike it was different. But now...it's quite good here on the west coast. In the last few years there have been a lot of dealers who have had ladies tech night as well as women working in the showroom and accessories departments. The annual bike show has a special ladies night.

More and more of the dealers have a decent selection of gear for us.

A lot of the dealers have started to recognize that more women are buying bikes and even have options for shorter women. That's the HD dealers here.

Sometimes I go browsing and the sales guys are very helpful.

I think you need a different person than me.
