I just had my first and hopefully last wreck today. A lady pulled out in front of me and due to traffic there was nowhere to go but down. Bike sustained hopefully minor damage and no broken bones!! God Loves Me :) I am going to hurt for a few days, but I walked away and therefore it is a GOOD DAY!!! My helmet saved my head but especially my full face shild saved my face because I slid down the highway on the side of my helmet at road level.... hummm, I should have had a camera :)

Sorry to bother you, ladies, but I just wanted to wish Rebecca a fast recovery. Please get back on that bike as soon as it's fixed!

Thank you ZT. I am not sure how bad the bike is, but the Lady's insurance should cover it to be fixed if possible :)

I am so sorry that happened to you! I'm glad you're only sore and nothing worse.

Good to hear you are alright...that's the #1 priority. Sore & stiff will certainly go away thank goodness. Hope you are still in positive spirits and that your bike will be good to go in no time.

Take care.

There is a positive side to this....with the insurance money for your bike and for pain and suffering you can now get a blue bike.

Glad you're ok.

Glad you're OK! There's a reason to wear to gear!

You know it Strad! I will be investing in some good chaps as soon as I get the bike and me fixed :) My knees are burned pretty good and one elbow where my jacket came off one arm. One hand is in a splint because they think I snapped a tendon in the back of my hand, but I don't know how bad the bike is until someone who knows what they are doing looks at it :) But I will be back on the road someday .:D
