Biaggi Superbikes

#1 Unread post by credge »

I see Max Biaggi has secured a ride with World Superbike team Alstare Suzuki.

Dose that mean one of the following is getting the axe, Troy Corser, Yukio Kagayama, Fabien Foret or are Alstare Suzuki going to run 4 bikes next year?

I highly doubt you can wear the #1 plate one year and then get sacked the next. Troy may have heard that Max was joining the team and decided to do a runner. Wise move....

I don't think they'll cut Corser or Kagayama...although Biaggi is a big name rider. If they did have to cut someone though...I dunno.

Troy's a great rider, just had a tough year (trying to catch the other Troy...and Toseland...and Nitro Nori).

All rumour at the moment but Alstare are likely to run three full factory bikes next year,If Suzuki can supply them,Kagayama and Neukirchner may ride the Alstare engineering gsx-r1000.thats built inhouse using Suzuki kit parts and Alstares own race parts. Thanks to MCN(UK)for that info.xjrjohn
biking isnt a matter of life or death, its far more important(bill shankley, well almost)
