engine weight to power ratio

what motorcylce engine has the highest weight to power ratio so which one is the smalles and most compact but packs a punch

just about any two-stroke GP engine. The 500cc GP engine (before "MotoGP" was technically MotoGP) was probably one of the most powerful motorcycle engines per displacment and weight of any bike that was meant to go more than 1/4 of a mile at a time.

But if you're looking for something that doesn't cost hundreds of thousands of dollars and is mass produced, that's not an engine you want ;)

Aprilia RS250 and Suzuki RGV250 put out 240 bhp per litre. That enough for you?

My guess would be the BHC-3 LS2. It has about one HP for every 2.5 lbs
