does your tank have no reserve?

also, when filling, ease the nozzle out slowly as you fill, the nozzle is in there quite a ways and may be kicking out with alot of room above.

That's not very far is all. It would drive me up the wall actually. I don't like that I have to switch to reserve at 210 miles. Having to refuel every 100 miles would cost me the rest of my hair.

my previous bike got 37 mpg.

my car gets 18 mpg.

i think i really could fit 1 more gallon even after the pump stopped already. i'll give it a shot next time.

at least it's 18.

those hummers get only 8 mpg. but if they're rich enough to buy those. they probably don't care about gas prices.

anyway... im soooooo tired. pushing that bike all that distance was too much for me.

it was so embarassing too.

43mpg is good... my bike got 65mpg when I was slightly gentling it (break in) but now gets closer to 55... for only ~10mpg you get a lot more potential performance outta that 750. :) Seems like a fair trade to me.

Or it would if I didn't move around so much. I ride 500 miles a week minimum so fuel really adds up for me.

ou need to physically LOOK in the tank and see if it's full ...
That's right. Be sure to keep some matches on the bike so you can check it after dark.
