well is it :)

Since I don't have a flippin clue how to do it myself have to get it done at the stealership and was wondering if this is a decent price for a four-banger clean and sync.

BTW this is an awesome emoticon! reminds me of south park :spike:

If the "clean" involves removing all four carbs, disassembling, replacing any worn parts/gaskets, cleaning, re-assembly and synching then $350 sounds about right, but a little high.

That is what we charge at my shop. 5 hrs. at $70 per/hr. Includes clean, synch, plugs, air cleaner (if needed), fuel tank drain, and oil change.
Usually 1 hour per carb. What is their labour rate?
CHECK YOUR TIRE PRESSURE REGULARLY!!!

44.50CDN per 1/2 hour, the 350 doesn't cover plugs or filter or oil change. Just clean and sync.

Sounds a little high then.

Meh, Id personally try and find a smaller shop that'll give you a cash deal.

I brought my carbs in just for a cleaning (disassemble, dip tank pressure test) and it was 40 bucks cash.

mind you I had to put them back on my bike myself.
