certainly everyone is entitled to their oppinion but i doubt you were ridign the 250 to its limits if you became bored with it.
the wind= much louder than motor at interstate cruising speeds.

I got to ride a ninja 500 a couple of weeks ago and it;s acceleration really surprised me. i would saty it;s plenty fast enough for me. there';s enough tourqe there that squeezing 100% out of the bike in a twisty section is immensely satisfying...o this lead me to the Kawasaki Ninja EX250, abd EX500. I've read that these things won't give all the accel. that you may want, but the handling is pretty kick "O Ring".

You do not have to ride a bike to it's limits to get bored with it. Ever quit playing a video game before you "beat" the game? Ever get bored with a movie before it ended? It's the same thingBigChickenStrips wrote:certainly everyone is entitled to their oppinion but i doubt you were ridign the 250 to its limits if you became bored with it.

No, it's pretty steady and not screaming. The wind makes all the racket.Anonu wrote:Does the sounds of a 250 get annoying when cruising at 120km/h? I imagine it's screaming a bit louder than a 500 at that point.
Ya right,
there are only 2 kinds of bikes: It's a Ninja... look that one's a Harley... oh there's a Ninja... Harley...Ninja...

I completly agree with you, I had a Buell Blast and I "outgrew" it, although it didn't help that I had to shift every 10mph and it was pretty cramped as I'm 6'5'', now though I have a lightning XB12S and I find that it fits my frame perfectly, even the leg groves are basicly a perfect fit, and the torquey motor is quite nice.earwig wrote:You do not have to ride a bike to it's limits to get bored with it. I could have plenty of fun on a 250, but not as a primary ride. One day you will might understand and agree
