thats a matter of opinion of course. i much prefer to associate with people who put having fun before looking cool or trying to impress strangers.< I Fly > wrote:because it's a lot cooler than being on a scooter.
It's an entirely different kind of fun.-Holiday wrote:thats a matter of opinion of course. i much prefer to associate with people who arent so worried about looking cool as they are as having fun.< I Fly > wrote:because it's a lot cooler than being on a scooter.
that said, if you get to a point you cant have fun on a 200 or 250, i think you need to stop riding. Not to say you cant have bigger bikes too, but just about anything with an engine and two wheels is fun in one way or another.
And all of it beats driving a car. Well, most cars anyway
like i said , all a matter of opinion. Everyone doesnt have to like scooters or anyhinng else. But some people prefer the riding position of a scooter.< I Fly > wrote:It's an entirely different kind of fun.-Holiday wrote:thats a matter of opinion of course. i much prefer to associate with people who arent so worried about looking cool as they are as having fun.< I Fly > wrote:because it's a lot cooler than being on a scooter.

I can't see myself enjoying that small a bike on the open highway where raw power is needed.
On a very small and windy racetrack, such a bike would be ideal because the joy in that is the precise cornering, not the pure speed.
Hell, I actually rode a 50cc Aprilia Ditech and it was fun in a weird kind of way.
But my point stands... I don't ride to look cool, but I also don't ride to look uncool and there's something uncool about the riding position of a scooter.
Do you see the difference?
I don't lose sleep over my fashion sense, but all the same I would not run around in a tutu and a chartreuse cardigan either.
that makes about as much sense as Choobacka on Endor.earwig wrote:Heh... if you can't have fun eating snails and brussle sprouts every day I think you need to stop eating.-Holiday wrote:if you get to a point you cant have fun on a 200 or 250, i think you need to stop riding.
