Also consider that Suzuki didn't just schlep any old available muffler on that bike. Each and every piece was likely engineered to work together as a whole. Also carbon fiber might crunch, shatter, and turn to spacedust IF the bike is ever dropped $$

Personally I'd save the money toward your next set of tires....I'm shelling out for my SECOND pair since January for my wimpy stock 75hp CB750. While a louder exhaust might be fun, consumables (tires, brakes, oil, chain) are a necessity unless it's a garage queen.

the full system + remap wont give you much of a power gain and its all going to be at the very top end. If you want the bike to be faster all around just go down 1 tooth on your countershaft sprocket, just be aware that the bike will be more prone to wheelie if geared down.

If you want more aggressive sound just get the slip on, the stock header already flows nearly as well as an aftermarket header.

You should never use your motorcycles brakes on a dyno. Unless it is a diffrent kind then the one we had at school.
