Verm its a long a pronounce it wayco. and i dont know much about it, but from what i know a bunch of crazy peeps decided they were gonna do their thing, uncle sam wasnt happy cuz they wouldnt pay taxes, so sam tried to gun in, but crazy peeps waved some gns around and stuff and made some crazy threats. i dont think there was much violence, but they found enough guns and ammo to fight WWII all over again.

Ahh... OK, that's reasonable I guess. It wasn't politics really though.
When you were about 13 a religious group outside of Waco TX was besieged by the US government... in the end, a whole bunch of them died and it was a major social, cultural, and political issue for years.

Religous cult, the Branch Davidians, was laid seige to by FBI, ATF and other agencies. At the end of the seige the building was stormed and burnt down. Conspiracy theories were around for years about who was to blame.
Not sure I'd put faith in any of them.
The city was imortalised in the C&W ballad "Cross the Brazos at Waco" - upset me and I will sing it at you...
Also home to Woolley Mammoths, The Texas Rangers Museum and Dr.Pepper.
Hyosung bikes were originally exported to the states under the name Alpha Sports....
[edit] Damn you guys for getting to that before me...

Hard to get an EPA-legal two stroke motor on the road these days. Almost impossible to get a CARB legal two stroke of any sort. So there aren't many two stroke street bikes (250 or otherwise) left in the US. Perhaps none.
There are some nice sounding used bikes if you can find them.
