Those pics are a bummer. Not quite as big a bummer as busted jaws or the like, but still a bummer.

Do we have any 17 year old riders here who have been riding thousands of miles without cagers smacking into them or otherwise causing them hurt?

I'm normally totally opposed to any age based...well...anything really (I was an early bloomer... out of school and working as a computer programmer at 15... it has biased me...) but between Cameron and you I've got to admit that even I suffered a little questioning doubt.

On the other hand, you heal quicker at 17....

I had a good 60,000 street km under my belt by my 18th birthday and never hit the asphalt until after my 28th. It would be far more difficult in a big city however...
By the way, what the hell happened to the Nighthawk??
