Anyone taken a look at some of the new looks and stats on the new kawasakis, the EX500 looks way better, the zzr600 is a wee bit better i think, the zx10 is faster and a little better looking. I don't know, maybe im just going insane, but i thought these new color schemes look pretty sick.

the EX500 still looks like a relic from the 80s.

i dunno about performance but the design didn't seem like it changed for the 07 models. only the colors changed which is not bad since they just updated the ZX-10R this year.

im really looking forward to how the GSX-R1000 K7 will look like.

Quite a few obvious/easy to spot differences between the '89 and the '07, but no major differences.

Where I differ with Verm (in most things) is in whether the facts make something good or bad. I see "basically unchanged" and say "probably not much needed changing". He sees it as "no longer in style...bad".

Of course I don't give a pig fart what a bike looks like so long as it does its job.... and I don't consider "being stylish" as part of a bike's job. That puts me in the minority right there.
Ride it like you think owning it matters.

im sure you know im immune to that kind of insults.

anyway... when are you gonna get a new bike? won't the other guy's insurance cover your loss?

i think you should get a gixxer instead of a KLR. 8)

I like everything but the tail.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

the new color scheme is nice. Just wondering how many years its got left and whats in the wings to replace it, same deal with the EX250.

only new thing for the zzr600 is the color.

the price on the EX500 dropped slightly too.

Anyone notice that the price difference between the ZX-10R and the ZX-14R is five hundred bucks.
