My guesses for this riddle:

That moto doesn't actually have an answer.

Is he even reading the responses? Light fits the bill, it travels at the speed of light and many dirt bikes don't have them. About not running with it, that doesn't make much sense since dirt bikes will run without them.

no not really, if you look at the world map... the Philippines is not part of the orient. it's pretty separated from the oriental countries.
