Everybody seems to bag on the ZX-14s looks, but I don't get it. It's a fine looking bike to my eyes. Not that I need a bike often described in the magazines as having "colon evacuating power".

I'd be perfectly happy with the 250, the 500 or most perfectly the 650 ninja.

Im gonna open my mouth here and say something that could be wrong, no i will not take the time to check myself either....

The 650 isnt a ninja, the 600 and 636 are. (also referred to as the ZX-6R, and the ZX-6RR respectively)

im sure you know im immune to that kind of insults.

anyway... when are you gonna get a new bike? won't the other guy's insurance cover your loss?

i think you should get a gixxer instead of a KLR. 8)

it was only an off-hand insult at you and just a statement about n00bs in genereal. As for a bike, well not for anouther 10 months or so at least, my achellies(SP) tendon torn about a month or so ago so im in a cast and on crutches for a year maybe, so not until then.

the 650 is a ninja.

just like 500 and 250 are also ninja.

well at least accdg to kawasaki. ninja is just name so i don't care.

what i do care though is that the EX500 and 250 are not sportbikes. sportbike isn't a proper noun. it's a bike classification.

sorry to hear about that. no wonder you still haven't gotten a bike.

but im sure this fall or winter, prices will go down on the 06 models so you should shop around and buy one even if you won't be using it yet.

says who? cause they cant go 180mph? cause they arnt as cramped and agressive as say a gixxer? casue they dont have full fairings? They arnt a cruiser, they are more agressive than standard bikes like the gs500E or sv650. So i think they are sport bikes, just small ones.

What is the proper classification of the blue one?
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.
