not sure if there are any other people here in Asia right now... or more specifically in Korea. I know there certainly are enough of us English speakers riding bikes... maybe I'll start a new trend

Anyway, I started on a scooter (couldn't resist; really cheap and easy to drive... no license required) and have now moved up to a 125cc Daelim Magma (if anyone knows of ANYWHERE on the web to find information in English on this bike PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!! I want to learn more about it...) I do have a lesson planned soon though, a friend from England who knows alot about bikes in general.
But i wander. I'm teaching English here in Korea, having a blast, and able to realize the dream of driving a bike! (had a boyfriend who said he'd teach me, but that never happened :p) I'm very interested in learning more (especially since there are no real educational opportunities here in Korea, at least that I know of) it's mostly learn as you go... you don't need a license for anything under 125cc (I'm getting one anyway, I'll be able to use it back in Canada when I go for a visit)
It's been great seeing all the information on this site, keep it up!
cheers,
Nic
