Hey all, im looking at buying a small little enduro bike to tinker with and fix up in my down time so i have a sweet ride when i can ride again. I came across this bike. http://losangeles.craigslist.org/sfv/mcy/174109181.html

Its not worth what hes asking and im just about positive i can get it for 1500 or so. But im looking at it, and im wondering where is the left side mirror? Could it be hidden or somethign like that? Also, the exhaust, it looks plastic, im sure im wrong, but is it a plastic exhaust, that would seem like it would melt. Whats with that. Thanks all just trying to see if there are any flaws with the bike so i can knock the price down lower :)

2ed pic shows the right hand side, unless its a black can it looks to me like a plastic exhaust.

yeh it is definately metal. Its probably got black heat proof paint on it as the pipes on them are very prone to rusting due to cheap metal and high temps.

I might be crazy but a CBR is NOTHING like the bike he's talking about wanting...

before he got injured he was thinking of getting an RR bike among many others.

im just trying to talk him into pursuing a RR bike instead of getting a dual sport. :D

i would not feel confident riding a bike like that not to mention that it doesnt suit the need i will have for off roading, would be expensive to fix in a drop and is a wee bit expensive for me, thank you though.
