Another similarity between m/c and flying

#1 Unread post by swifty's revenge »

well, now they've both priced me out of the game.
i wish i had money

finally got the bike running good, but woundt ya know i get a flat on the rear (at highways speed of course) and the front is just too dryrotted. so the bike needs even more money! and its 23 yrs old with 30k on it so i just cant wait around for the next cash infusion she'll need.

sad to see it go.

for now im rolling on 4... just got a sweet old Crown Vic PI for $1200 after selling my truck for $600 (that was a good price for me, lol) luckily i can walk to work so gas prices dont phase me!!

oh well.... f' it.

Yeah my buddy is in the same place (sorta). Hey sold me his bike (see avatar) because it was too small for him and he wasn't riding it much. Also he is trying to get his IFR license and it is costing him an arm and a leg. After getting his license he's going to get the Yamaha Stratoliner (beautiful bike IMO)
