Dragon and Wing Ding

#1 Unread post by ShawnKing »

This past long weekend, my wife and I rode to the Dragon and had a blast riding the great roads in the area:

Yes - those *are* bugs all over her helmet......eewww!

More pics and video here.

And then this week, we went to the Wing Ding here in Nashville. It's amazing what some of those Wingers have done to their bikes and what some of the trailers and sidecars look like.

We also participated in the world's largest parade of Gold Wings. It was my wife's first parade and she was *really* excited - and not only because she was the only sport bike in the group. :)

More pics and video here.

Sounds like you had a great weekend! I came through Nashville and saw Gold Wings everywhere on the interstate.

They had the Nashville Jubilee at Opryland Hotel the past few years and it didn't do well (I enjoyed watching those drill teams). Glad to hear the Wing Ding was a success.

I can't access the pictures and videos, it wants me to log in. Perhaps you can upload the pictures to Imageshack and put them in this forum?

Also, that amount of bugs if about 75 miles of riding around here. ;)

(edit) Nevermind, the second link worked. Nice stuff!
