Once again, it's designed like that for a purpose. You're supposed to be able to remove the rear turn signals/plate holder easily. It's a RACE BIKE! That rear swingarm that you think is at a weird angle...it's like that for a reason! I don't think being asthetically pleasing to everyone was in the forefront of their minds. They want something that wins races.

I will admit that the rear signal/plate holder looks...odd, but once again it's function over looks.

i don't think the new R6 is ugly.

i just think it's overpriced.

the rear fender doesn't bother me since i remove those anyway.

well it wouldn't be my pick for nicest "O Ring" of the year... It also infringes a few patents. If you don't believe me, heres where the design was stolen from

Still better than where they got the ZX-6R's design from:

"Ugly, but fast" is fine with me. I wouldn't want to own one, and the bike in the pic below it is way more attractive, but don't try to tell me it's pretty *cause* it's fast ;)

If you can afford 8799 for a GSXR 600 I'm sure you can afford $9199 for an R6.

Next argument please.

+1 on the duck design. That's straight up hilarious. I personally think the bike looks great, but nothing is perfect.

I'm sorry, but voting on motorcycle of the year is ridiculous unless you have experience riding at least most of those bikes. Which I'm sure almost none of us have.

Anyway, why does it say that I have already voted?? I must have been sleep-posting.
