If you get a pair of chaps that are too long, you can cut off the excess length and if the extra piece is long enough to include a snap (or you can always use velcro etc) it makes a great storage pouch for the chaps: Just roll the chaps up like you would normaly then wrap the extra piece around the bundle and snap. It keeps them from getting scuffed and coming unrolled while not in use. Hope this helps! :mrgreen:

Keep in mind that chaps are primarily meant to protect against anything striking your legs while riding. When you get off at speed, they provide much less protection than leather pants.
