Hola BajaCruiser, I'm also an owner of a Suzuki M50 2007 Black. I got it from the dealer last Jul 17th and used it almost daily since then. So far I have ~ 900 kms in the odometer.

I live in Mexico City and with terrible city traffic we suffer here, this motorcycle has proved to be an excellent transportation alternative. But it also has enough power to travel to another cities through the highways.

Really like the torque it has at lower speeds, not tried yet "high speeds" because I'm in the break-in period. At this time I'm using only Premium fuel and getting around 16-17 kpl but I read from other owners that will improve after the first service. The pipe sound it's also very nice to me, not too loud but with enough dBs to be noted :D

Mexico City it's over 2200 meters over sea level, so I'm not expecting an extraordinary increase in efficiency. You may get a better number over there in Los Cabos and La Paz.

Now I'm waiting for some Kuryakyn accessories (ISO grips and levers) I ordered for my new toy.

So far, I'm really happy with the motorcycle and looking to make my first long trip.

Saludos / Regards

Paco Eugenio

Here's what the Altavista translator came up with. (Aquí es con lo que vino el traductor de Altavista para arriba.)

I think you actually did better than the translator! (¡Pienso que usted mejoró realmente que el traductor!)

Hola Bajacruiser.

SoCal is an abbreviation for Southern California.

Welcome aboard!
