I've got my new bike! and now a couple of new questions

First off, let me thank all of you who helped me out in choosing my bike.

I finally decided to get a new Suzuki SV650S. I picked it up on saturday, and hauled it all the way back home ( the dealer was 2 hrs away ). I've ridden it on both Saturday and Sunday, and I'm enjoying it very much.

Now onto the question, I have a buddy who's been riding for a year now, and he's just was just as excited as I was when I got the bike. We're riding around together, and were looking into an intercoms/radios. I've seen a few products, but just wondering if anyone here has tried them. The products I've seen were:

ChatterBox GMRS X1
Autocom Active-Plus Bike to Bike Combo and
Clearer Communications TORK MAX THROAT MIC

The tork max doesn't come with the radio, so the range and such would be dependent upon the radio.

Or if anyone else has had any other kind of experience with bike to bike communications. The last option would be to learn American sign language...although that would make it difficult to communicate while riding.

Never tried a one of em, im generally alone when i ride.

Have heard reviews from folks that didnt exactly like the chatterbox...but that said that yes it does work.
