I ride in a Shoei RF1000 (full face) and no matter when I'm riding, I have a pair of glasses on.

For the sunny days, a pair of dark polarized glasses...nothing expensive; as cheap as I can go because they take a lot abuse.

For evening twlight, nighttime and before the sun crests the horizon in the morning, I'm in a pair of yellow safety glasses. Believe me, yellow lenses at night and during low light conditions make a HUGE difference. There is more contrast around everything and objects are clearer and more defined.

The only shield on my bucket is the standard clear one. 8)

Has anyone tried a modular helmet (i.e. HJC Sy Max)? They make it easier to put on my specs. 8)

Thanks to all.

I wear perscription glasses with my full face. My glasses fit ok with my old KBC. The Z1R im wearing now has a perfect little notch in the padding for the temples on the glasses to fit through. My wife just got a CL-14 and her glasses fit very well with her helmet. The HJC CL-SP also seems to fit glasses well. I tried one on and it fit with my glasses quite well.

I've got an Arai Signet. It's just a matter of finding the right angle to slide the glasses in above the ears. Should be doable with pretty much any helmet.
