Is 11,300 good deal on 07 Buell lightning

Ok I went to a Buell dealer today & Theygave me a final offer for a 400 mile 07 black XBScg Lightning demo OTD 11,300
Do you guys think it's a good deal for a demo bike that is about 4weeks old
with 400 miles on it

If you post the question tonight, by tomorrow you'll have plenty of responses from Buell owners and experts. By the way... nice choice for a bike!
