i'm gussing because the car rammed him...therefore, the rider isn't just gonna run away with his bike thats now been hit and most likely damaged.

Someone tries to kill me then denting the bastards car is fair...

I''m harbouring some dark thoughts about this motorist and a couple of hard, pipe-hittin' am-fm's, who'll go to work on the bastrd with a pair of pliers and a blow torch

At the very least he should never be allowed to drive again...

Ever.

I don't think this article stated it, but this is somewhat local news for me and I read that the attacker was a 6'3 300 lb, black guy in his mid twenties. The motorcyclist was 53 years old and only wearing a half helmet. Not much of a contest really. The sad thing is that the guy probably did fight back.

hmm so they were probaby the same speed then since one was 53 and the other was 300lbs lol. Now if the one was 35 and the other was still 300lbs I bet the 35 year old guy could win :D.

As much as I'd like to say I have good control of myself, I've kicked a guy who almost wiped me out. I had a Rebel 250 and I accelerated like a hornet out of there.

And in case he catches me on the side of the road off my bike, my handy dandy SOG Trident knife will make quick work of him. Unless he has a Mr. Smith and Wesson gun.

I don't mind the guy kicking the door, but why would you not try and get as far away as you could from the vehicle you just kicked? I would assume the driver would be real angry, so I would lane split and speed off as I wouldn't want to be rammed by a car/truck.

Short story.

I was going up a very long grade. Came up behind a cage going about 30 MPH in a 60 zone. Signalled to pass, made eye contact in the mirror, pulled out to pass and the guy started to come over. I went further ofer and sped up a bit, but he kept trying to cut me off. I backed off and he did too. I pulled in behind and he kept slowing. I pulled way over to left side of left lane and got up beside him. He again came over and started to crowd me. Then a pickup & camper crested the hill ahead of me coming towards me, about 1/4 mile up. I booted it again and I'll be danged if the cage didn't do the same, so as he got close to me, I booted his door whereupon he slowed quickly. I think he figured I was going down, or off. I dropped 2 gears and booted it again. I was doing about 80 by then and the pickup had seen what was going on and pulled off the driving lane just in time. I managed to slam on the brakes and skidded in behind him. The cage shot by and the pickup driver got out of his vehicle and came back to see if I was OK. Just a bit shaken, but I wa OK. "Was he trying to do what I thought he was doing?" he asked me. I said I thought he was trying to wreck me. "I think you need a beer", the guy said, so we had a cool one, shot the bull for a bit, then I went on my way. Just over the hill, I saw the same cage parked on the side of the road. I pulled up behind him. I don't think he saw me. Walked up to his door, yanked it open and dragged him out of his fancy Mustang and thumped him a good one. Through the beating, he never said a word. Then I took his keys and drove off. After about 10 miles, I threw the jeys into the ditch.

I felt so good after that. Not good about the beating I gave him, but about taking his keys.
