FZR 600 for a noob

#1 Unread post by silentx »

Okay guys.. i know I have asked million questions and know its getting annoyed.. but I have to as this question too...

Unfortunatly I am still trying to buy a bike... its been about a month since I got my permit. I am dying.... exausted...

what do you think about starting out on a FZR 600? i know its a bit powerfull than a Katana or a ninja 500.

I am 200+ lb and about 6 foot. I know i can lift it up if I drop it... or should I say when I drop it...

Today, the rainy saturday for LA, I will be going bike shopping. Wanted to get shot by your opinion be for I head out

Thx alot

Poor starter bike. All the weight is up high, it's got sportsbike insurance and those particular Yamaha motors aren't the most robust.

Look for something else, and not a top-heavy Katana.
