goldwingers i need help. 1100gl throttle dosnt disengage

hi every one i need to pic some brain . i think i need to sync my carbs so that they will all go at the same time. it is like only half the carbs are going down. when i shift i have to wait for throttle to go down . it back fires a little too. dosent want to idle. i turned a screw and it came up a litt le but still wont throttle down there are so many screw and gadgets that i dont know what to do and im sure that i need help any body know where i can get a freediagram and instructions or either one for that matter
