I did not get the Death part. Only the disability part - If I am not dead, but on disability, I get AFLAC $ tax free plus my loans would be paid.

If I die - well - who cares! I'm dead!

I do have life insurance on the mortgage. If hubby or I die, it gets paid off, so the other can live there. I must point out the attorney told us if one of us kills the other, it doesn't count. Hubby pipes up "But they have to proove it, right?"
