from what i understand this is a juvenile court....its not a collectin agency right?
about the "notice of appearance" that i got that day...i looked for it EVERYWHERE....i can't find it?...can i go to the court and ask for another one? or what can i do? just plz don't tell me that i'm screwed without that letter.
yeppI'm sure he means they said he was not guilty by the fact that they had no incident on file.
