Well, everyday I change my mind... but I think this exact moment... I'd go for

Ducati 1098 (The new Yamaha R1 is a close behind... I just like the looks a tiny bit more I guess but I'd rather buy the Ducati if money were no object)

A big, hot-rodded counterbalanced single in a custom frame, standard ergonomics, solo seat, frame-mount sport-tour fairing, hard saddle bags and tail box. Think TW200 crossed with FJR.

TW200 and a trip to Japan for aftermarket parts.
